Learning Systems

Manager development sits on top of a learning function that works.

These are the parts of that function I built or rebuilt: the catalog, the opening model, the knowledge system people use mid-shift, and the production and assessment machinery behind all of it.

Category

Store learning

The catalog and certification path store teams actually run on.

A full catalog built for store teams, covering role onboarding through ongoing operational capability.

Applied tools

The stack behind the work

I use these tools in the context of building and running the learning system, from production and administration through data, AI, and internal tooling.

Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline & SCORM

Built self-paced learning, assessments, branching practice, and interactive modules for distributed audiences, then published and maintained the content through LMS workflows.

Rippling, Workday & LMS operations

Worked across people and learning systems for assignments, compliance learning, reporting, access, and day-to-day learning operations across corporate and field populations.

ChatGPT, Claude & Microsoft Copilot

Used AI for workflow design, content development, prototyping, and knowledge support, including governed systems where approved source material and human review stayed visible.

SQL, Power BI, GitHub & light code

Used operational data, dashboards, repositories, and light Python or Node workflows to identify gaps, track readiness, support internal tools, and report program outcomes.

Video & interactive learning

Produced and edited video, built interactive and gamified learning experiences, and matched the format to the behavior or decision the learner needed to practice.

What a field leader saw
Danielle built our Learning and Development function from the ground up. She created the foundation, the tools, and the processes that helped teams across the company learn faster, operate more consistently, and ultimately do their jobs better.

What a cross-functional partner saw
Whether it was transforming scattered documentation to a fully developed LMS with tailored learning plans or building an entirely new system, she was going to get it done.
