Senior Global Manager, Learning & Development · Sandbox VR

I build manager development around what the business needs leaders to do well.

I translate those needs into practical curriculum, facilitation, tools, reinforcement, and measurement, with a focus on coaching, feedback, team effectiveness, performance conversations, and leading through change.

Danielle Beram

I learned manager development as an operator first. At GameStop, I was accountable for business results through store managers. At Sandbox VR, that work grew into building the learning systems that support managers and teams at scale.

Facilitation

I facilitate for frontline managers and senior leaders. This session brought together 20 executives, VPs, directors, and functional heads to work through team effectiveness using real scenarios, discussion, practice, feedback, and a behavioral commitment.

End-to-end ownership

From business problem through delivery and measurement

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Listen to managers and business partners, review the data, and define the performance gap.

  2. 02

    Design

Choose the right format and write the target as behavior someone can observe.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Facilitate, build the resources, and give managers practical ways to use the skill at work.

  4. 04

    Measure

Check behavior and business indicators, share the result, and revise what is not working.

In the opening-readiness work, that consulting started with nine director-level stakeholder interviews across functions. I facilitated functional owners through defining indicators, thresholds, and ownership for the risks they controlled.
